This results in the perfectly even cooked steak with out drying the crust or leaving the center so raw a good vet could bring it back to life!
 
Made from a solid billet of 5083 food grade Aluminium that has a fantastic thermal storage capacity of 900 J/kg·K, utilize the laws of thermodynamics to your advantage! CNC machined to perfection, just get your meat out, slap it on this bad boy, and in no time you will be ready to cook! This beauty weights in at a hefty 3.6KG - Plenty of thermal mass to take the heat out of your favourite steak or chicken cuts.
